Who we are
DomeoHub ("we") is the controller of the personal data collected through domeohub.com.

What we collect
When you join our launch list, we store:
- your email address;
- the date and time you joined;
- which of the two versions of our home page you saw, so we can learn which one works better;
- the version of the sign-up wording you agreed to.
We do not store your IP address or details about your browser or device.
To keep automated spam out of the list, Cloudflare Turnstile checks signals from your browser, such as your IP address and browser characteristics, when you use the form. We also use your IP address for a short time to limit how often the form can be sent. Neither is stored with your email address.
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies or store your IP address, and gives us totals only, such as page views, referring sites, countries and browser types.
Why we use it and our legal basis
- Launch list: to email you about the DomeoHub launch. Legal basis: your consent, given when you send the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.
- Bot check, rate limiting and visit counts: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and knowing how it is used (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We only email you about the DomeoHub launch. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Launch list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your email address, and no longer than 6 months after we send the launch announcement.
- Database backups: up to 30 days after deletion from the list.
- Technical logs at Cloudflare, which can include your email address if saving it fails: up to 7 days.
Who processes it
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website, stores the launch list in the European Union, and provides Turnstile and Web Analytics. If we use an email delivery service to send the launch email, we will name it here before we do.
Transfers outside the EEA
Cloudflare may process some data, such as bot checks and technical logs, outside the European Economic Area. These transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from bots and attacks.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect what we did before you withdrew it. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. For anything else, write to info@domeohub.com.
You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy) or the data protection authority where you live.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
